We offer our homebuyer education classes every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 6-8 pm. There are five classes in the series. You can take the classes on just Tuesdays, just Thursdays, or both evenings. We also offer the classes on the last two Saturdays every other month. These are half day classes which cover the same material as our evening classes. Classes are also available in Spanish. We ask that you register for the classes in advance by contacting our office.

Orientation Class Schedule

For those seeking credit or pre-purchase counseling, the first step is our orientation class. This class gives you a brief look at the homebuying process in general, and helps you understand the next steps that you will be taking with the Coalition. Please see the list of items required at the orientation. The orientation classes are offered on the second Friday of each month from 10-11:30 am and on the fourth Monday of each month from 6-7:30 pm. Please contact our office to begin the process.
